Construction starts with people.
Materials, equipment and drawings are only part of construction. Every metre of brickwork, every façade and every completed stage depends on the people doing the work each day. ALVAR brings those people together. We form crews around the job, organise their work and stay involved from their first day on site until our agreed work is complete.

Different trades. One team.
Bricklayers. Electricians. Foremen. Builders. Each has a trade, each crew a task and each site its own requirements. Our job is to bring people together so they can work well alongside one another. We form crews around the type of work, its scale, the programme and the skills needed.

Together, from the first day to the finished work.
Our role continues after the crew arrives on site. ALVAR organises the people, allocates tasks, handles logistics and deals with day-to-day questions during the work. This lets our tradespeople focus on what they do best: their work.
