After work – time for a little fun
Not every moment our team shares happens on a construction site. Sometimes the best way to switch off after busy working days is to meet outside work, enjoy a little friendly competition and simply spend some good time together.

Life at ALVAR means construction sites, travelling, new cities and busy working weeks. But being a team goes beyond the construction site.
This time, we swapped our tools for pinball. A little competition, a little excitement and a chance to spend time together without talking about work.
Moments like these do not need a special occasion. For us, they are simply part of life at ALVAR: today we work together on site, and after work we can meet in a completely different setting.
Because there are people behind every project. And for us, being a team should not end when the working day does.
