Construction of a multi-family residential building in the Austrian Alps, including reinforced concrete works, masonry and roof structure works. The project started in November 2025 and was completed after a winter break in September 2026.

We first started work on this project in November 2025. Construction began shortly before winter, but the mountain weather quickly made it difficult to continue at a normal pace, so the project had to be temporarily suspended.
Our team returned to Berwang in summer 2026 and continued the works. Our scope included reinforced concrete works, masonry and work on the roof structure. Our stage of the project was completed in September 2026.
The main challenge was the project’s location in the Tyrolean mountains. Weather conditions can change within just a few hours: work may be carried out in sunshine during the day, while the construction site can be covered in snow the following morning.
For this reason, the project required not only construction experience, but also flexible organisation and constant adaptation to the conditions on site.
